①Amount

Most people drink 2 to 2.5 liters of water a day. We take water from not only drinking water but also other foods/others, so it is advisable to drink hydrogen water by a factor of about 1.2 liters as a guideline.

②Frequency

The hydrogen water is not abundant in acid/alkali water but neutral and contains hydrogen and is oxygen-rich, so there is no limit on the amount. However, drinking 100cc – 200cc every 4 hours, preferably every 2 hours if possible instead of drinking a lot of water at once is recommended.

It is good hydration to drink more freshly prepared hydrogen water separately.

When you drink hydrogen water, the number of times you urinate(usually 8 to 10 times per day) will increase slightly.

③Temperature

Although you can drink the hydrogen water either warm or chilled, it is basic to drink at room temperature. ⑤Mobile
